The build process is different for a hand-crafted cedar sauna than for a single-person ice bath. Both timelines below are what we commit to in writing on every NÖR order — not aspirations.

Payment processed in full at checkout. Order confirmation in your inbox in under 60 minutes with order details and a direct line to the Specialist team. Stripe handles the payment — Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, and major cards available.
Welcome pack
Install requirements PDF, electrical guide, water + maintenance handbook, and a plan-review request form (send us your floor plan and electrical plan and we'll confirm fit).
Production scheduled
Your unit enters the production queue. Materials reserved. Serial number assigned and photographed onto its identification plate.
Production
Hand-finished interior, exterior fitted, chiller integrated, electrical bench-tested. We send a mid-build photo around Day 12.
Quality check
Every NÖR unit is bench-tested for 48 hours under load before it ships. You receive the full QC dossier with photos as a PDF.
Crated and customs-cleared
Booked with our freight partner. Import paperwork filed in advance for your region.
In transit
Real-time tracking by email and SMS. Daily transit updates.
Pre-delivery call
We confirm your delivery window and access route, (Install is arranged by you locally — see Day 1.)
Entrega
Freight partner delivers your unit to your address with proactive scheduling. You receive an unboxing & setup video kit and your Specialist is available by phone for any question on the day.
First-use call
30 minutes with a NÖR Specialist by video. Your protocols. Your questions. Your daily ritual.
30-day check-in
Email or call. Filter shipment confirmed. Maintenance reminder set.

Plan review
Send us your floor plan and electrical plan. We review and confirm fit for the chosen model — clearance, electrical capacity, ventilation, access. Install itself is your responsibility; we provide the documentation your installer needs.
Production
Wood selection, cabinet build, electrical fit-out, heating-element integration, cert documentation. Mid-build photo updates at Day 20 and Day 40.
72-hour QC test
Heat-up cycle verification at temperature setpoint. Ventilation flow verification. Full QC dossier sent before shipping.
Crated
Booked with specialty heavy-freight partner. Install window scheduled with you directly.
In transit
Real-time tracking. We monitor the freight directly so you don't have to.
Pre-delivery call
Confirm your delivery window with us, and your install timing with your chosen local installer. We re-issue the install documentation if needed.
Entrega
Freight partner delivers your unit to your address. Install is arranged by you with your local installer / electrician — we provide the install documentation and remote support throughout. First-fire test runs on a video call with your Specialist when you're ready.
First-use call
Your sauna protocols, your contrast therapy schedule, your questions — answered live with a NÖR Specialist.
30-day check-in
We follow up to make sure it's getting used the way you wanted. Maintenance reminders set for cedar care.
