Who we work with

D'une seule salle de récupération à une installation de 12 unités.

We sell to operators who need equipment that runs every day, supports session-based pricing, and is backed by a team that picks up the phone.

Hotels & resorts

Boutique hotels, wellness destinations, and luxury resort spas. Saunas, plunges, and contrast suites that look the way a five-star property should.

Gyms & studios

Premium gyms, boutique recovery studios, CrossFit boxes with serious member retention strategies. The Aurora Chamber turns into a paid add-on at $40–80/session.

Sports teams

Pro and college teams equipping training facilities with cold plunges, saunas, and cryotherapy. Same equipment used by MMA fighters, NFL players, and NBA franchises.

Recovery centres

Standalone recovery studios building out cold + sauna + cryo + HBOT in a single space. We can sequence delivery so the build-out comes online together.

Clinics & rehab

Orthopaedic, physiotherapy, and longevity clinics offering recovery as an adjunct service. We help you spec the right model for clinical throughput.

Biohacking studios

High-touch, science-forward studios stacking cold, sauna, cryo, hyperbaric, and red light. Membership economics work out when the equipment is built to run all day.

What's different for B2B

Comment fonctionne une commande commerciale NÖR.

Volume pricing

Tiered discount on orders of 2+ units. Larger discounts on full-facility builds (typically 5+).

Commercial warranty

Extended coverage on chillers, heating elements, and high-cycle components, priced into the unit. Built for daily commercial throughput.

Build-out coordination

We sequence multiple units to land together — saving you on freight, install scheduling, and downtime.

Plan review

Send us your floor plan and electrical plan; we confirm fit, electrical capacity, and ventilation for the operator load you're targeting.

Operator support

Maintenance schedules, water-treatment programs, parts subscriptions, and staff-training videos shipped with every commercial order.

How operators finance the order

Orders are paid upfront — same as the rest of the manufacturing industry. Most operators use a business credit card (float on card terms), an equipment-finance lender in their market (the lender pays us, you pay them), or a Letter of Credit for international orders. Project specifiers typically collect end-client deposits ahead of placing the order.
