What's covered, for how long.

Coverage starts the day your unit is delivered. Components are warranted separately so that, for example, the cabinet doesn't take the chiller down with it.

What's covered

Defects in materials and workmanship.

If a component fails because of how it was built — a weld, a seam, a chiller compressor that wasn't going to make it past month three — that's on us. We replace, repair, or refund at our discretion. The replacement part is provided free under warranty; shipping is paid by you (we ship same-week from the factory at cost — usually $40–$120 depending on the part).

Hands-on repair is arranged by you. You hire a local general contractor, electrician, or qualified tradesperson — the same one who installed your unit, or anyone competent. NÖR does not perform on-site work. We supply technical drawings, install documentation, and remote video guidance so they have everything they need.

What's not covered

What we can't warranty.

  • Damage from improper installation (when installed by a third party)
  • Water-treatment chemistry deviations (chlorine, salt, pH outside specification)
  • Cosmetic wear from normal use after the cosmetic warranty period
  • Damage from extreme weather where outdoor installation wasn't rated
  • Modifications, retrofits, or repairs by non-authorized parties
  • Commercial use of residential-rated units (commercial warranty available — ask us)
How to claim

From the call to a fix — what happens.

NÖR builds and ships. Our warranty mirrors that scope — diagnostics and replacement parts come from us; any on-site work is arranged and paid for by you, with a local contractor of your choice. We guide them remotely so the repair lands the first time.

Call or email

Reach your NÖR Specialist by phone or email with your serial number (it's on the QC dossier we sent you). We diagnose with you over phone or video.

Most issues resolve here without ever opening the unit.

Replacement parts

If a part needs replacing, we ship it from the factory direct to you via courier with a video install guide. Filters, ozone cartridges, control boards, heating elements, sensors.

Part itself is free under warranty · Spedizione paid by customer at cost.

You hire the installer

For hands-on work, you hire a local general contractor, electrician, or qualified tradesperson. NÖR does not perform on-site work. We supply technical drawings, install documentation, and remote video guidance so your installer gets it right the first time.

Labor is contracted directly between you and your installer.

Full unit swap

For unrecoverable failures within warranty, we ship a replacement unit on the next available production slot and arrange return freight for the failed unit.

Local backing

How your warranty works in your country.

NÖR has a registered sales entity in every market we ship to. Warranty claims and refunds happen in your currency through your country's entity — no transatlantic email chains. On-site work is contracted directly between you and a local installer.

Diagnostics & coordination

Phone, email, and video diagnostics by the NÖR team, in your timezone. Most issues never need an on-site visit.

Parts

Replacement parts ship from the factory via courier. Under warranty, the part itself is free; you pay the shipping at cost. Out of warranty, parts are available to purchase at fair pricing plus shipping.

On-site work

You hire a local general contractor or electrician for any hands-on repair. NÖR does not perform on-site work. We supply parts, technical drawings, and remote video guidance to your installer.
